HENRY PETTUS

Henry Evans Pettus, Jr., 86, of Buford, GA passed away January 23, 2026. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Bill Head Funeral Homes & Crematory Duluth Chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Bill Head Funeral Homes Duluth Chapel with Rev. Dr. C. Kay Fuino officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Pettus, a native of Birmingham, AL was a member of the Duluth First United Methodist Church and was an office manager with Apel Atlanta.

Preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Bond Pettus, he is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Lance and Tisha Pettus of Auburn, GA, Charles and Tonya Pettus, MD of Peachtree City, GA, Bob and Pam Pettus of Pinckard, AL; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Patt Pettus of Lilburn, GA; brother -in-law, Mike Bond of Shannon, GA; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
